The Company provides these businesses with custom bulk orders of a variety of types of meats and quantities specific to each individual guided trip, packaged in a manner that meets the needs of these business customers. The Company provides their typical high-quality products, and importantly to this customer base, a high level of reliable service that includes trip specific packaging (fresh or frozen), vacuum packing to preserve freshness and ease of usage for multiple meal trips, mix and quantity of products (beef, pork, chicken, fish, etc.) and timely delivery exactly when the guides need their orders The Company developed this line of business in its second year of operations in 2004 and many of these customer relationships have been in place since that time. These customers represent the majority of the Company’s sales.
